Terms & Conditions 


  • Eyebrow consultations are compulsory. Consults for eyebrows are $70.00 and you will receive full reshape, tint & trim of your brows. We will talk about the cosmetic tattoo procedure and answer all your questions. 

  • Consultation for lips it's also compulsory.​

  • After the consultation, when booking for the procedure a non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Please remember, this is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of a cancellation and change of mind.

  • In the event of rescheduling your cosmetic tattooing appointment with more than 3 business days, your booking fee will be held as a credit to be used for another cosmetic tattoo appointment only. The amount is not to be used for any other services in-store, products or gift vouchers. 

  • The information given during consultation is confidential and will not be viewed by the third party, however, the artist assumes no liability in case of giving false information.

  • If any circumstances change between the period of the consult and the day of your appointment that has not been discussed during the consultation, you must inform us straight away, failing to provide us with any important information can cause the cancellation of your appointment and loss of the booking fee.


  • ​COVID-19 has certainly changed the way we do things, so please if you feel unwell you need to reschedule your appointment, the normal 48 cancellation policy still applies.

  • If you are required to isolate you will be exempt from normal T&Cs at this point, we will kindly ask for proof of self-quarantine instructions. Deposits are still non-refundable, your deposit will be kept for a future appointment.


  • Cancellations for a cosmetic tattoo will occur on the loss of the booking fee, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, due to the length reserved for the appointment we need to enforce fair standards. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • In case of a cancellation of your cosmetic tattoo appointment the booking fee paid cannot be used towards any other service, products and gift vouchers offered in the studio/ or online.

  • If you need to reschedule your cosmetic tattooing appointment, please note we need 3 business days, this is a long appointment slot that we have reserved just for you, re-filling the spot under short notice is not always possible.

  • In case of a cancellation with more than 3 business days' notice, we do offer the option of passing the credit paid for your booking fee to a friend or family member, valid for a maximum period of 3 (three) months. The future client is subject to consultation before and to cover the cost of such to assess the suitability for the procedure. We do not take responsibility for the availability of our staff.

  • If the period allowed for the credit to be passed onto another person exceeds 3 (three) months, due to the client failing to comply with the timeframe, the credit will be forfeited.

  • In case of rebooking your appointment for a cosmetic tattoo, a 50% booking fee needs to be made prior.

  • Any cancellations for other services (excluding cosmetic tattoos) made in less than 48 hours. will occur in a 50% cancellation fee or loss of booking fees. Please note the percentage charged is equivalent to all services you booked.

  • Due to the high number of no-shows and very late cancellations, if you cancel your appointment within 2 or fewer hours you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

  • No-shows will incur a 100% charge for the amount of your appointment.

  • From Jan/2021 for all appointments made in-store, you will be required to pay for 50% of the total value of your future appointment. Please note that for online bookings you will also be required to pay a 50% deposit of the total value.

  • Running late may result in the cancellation of your entire appointment causing loss of deposit or future charges. Please understand that we work with very busy schedules to try to accommodate all clients, try to notify us as soon as any unexpected delays. 

  • No call/No show - Please try to notify us if you can't turn up to your appointment, no showing up and no contact afterwards will result in no future bookings.


  • Despite using the best quality pigments available on the market, the pigment is absorbed differently due to differences in the skin quality/characteristics; there is no warranty for the treatment success. Depending on the skin structure, it should be noted that changes in the colour intensity are possible, also certain areas might fade easier than others. Additional treatments can be required. The minimum/maximum duration for this type of procedure cannot be determined with certainty, nor can the warranty be given on performed treatment. 


We offer a 30-day return policy, beginning from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Sale items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards. These purchases are considered final.


We ask that you please attend your appointment alone and refrain from bringing others, including children. This helps limit the number of people on the premises and ensures a safe environment for all clients and staff. 



For occupational health and safety reasons, only the client is allowed in the procedure room, this includes children, babies and infants. We do not allow children to enter the treatment rooms or be left alone in the waiting area. If you wish to bring children to your appointment you must bring a carer to look after your child/children in our waiting area. 


When booking an appointment online or in-store your card details will be safely stored on a third-party provider. From the moment you make a booking with our business you have accepted our bookings and cancellation terms and conditions, in the case of a no-show or late cancellation you will be charged the full amount of the appointment you had reserved, if we have your card saved in store, you permit us to charge the card on file. 


  • You must be 18 years old (NO EXCEPTIONS).

  • No serious health issues.

  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding.

  • Clients prone to Keloid scarring.

  • Taking Acne medications.

  • Prone to cold sores (Notify us first)

  • Clients who are considered not suitable for the procedure accessed by the professional for either physical or psychological reasons will be refused to go ahead with cosmetic tattoos. 

*Please note, the conditions listed above are the most frequent cases, you might not be suitable for the treatment for other conditions not listed but they will be addressed on consultation.


We maintain the right to refuse anyone for any reason that we see fit.
