CONSULTATION FOR COSMETIC TATTOO

  • Eyebrow consultations are done via email or in person. Consults in person for eyebrows are $55.00 and you will receive full reshape, tint & trim of your brows. We will also talk about the cosmetic tattoo procedure and answer all your questions. If you decided to go ahead with the booking, the $55.00 will be deducted from the outstanding amount. 

  • Consultation for lips can be done via email.

  • For email consults you are required to answer a medical questionnaire and send a picture of Lips/Brows.

  • After consultation in person or via email, when book for a session a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your appointment.

  • The information given during consultation is confidential and will not be view by third party, however, the artist assumes no liability in case of giving false information.

  • If any circumstances change between the period of the consult x the day of your appointment that has not been discussed on the consultation, you must inform us straight away, failing to provide us with any important information can cause on the cancellation of your appointment and lost of deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Any cancellations for a cosmetic tattoo, regardless the reason, will occur on lost of the deposit, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, due to the length reserved for the appointment we need to enforce fair standards.

  • In case of rebooking your appointment for a cosmetic tattoo, another deposit needs to be made prior.

  • Any cancellations for other services (excluded cosmetic tattoo) made in less than 48h. will occur in a 50% cancellation fee or lost of deposit. Please note the percentage charged is equivalent to all services you were booked.

  • Running late may occur of cancellation of your entire appointment causing lost of deposit or future charges. Please understand that we work with very busy schedules to try to accommodate all clients, try to notify us as soon as any unexpected delays. 

  • No call/No show - Please try to notify us if you can't turn up to your appointment, no showing up twice will result in no future bookings. 

COSMETIC TATTOO RESULTS /TOUCH UPS 

  • Despite using the best quality pigments available on the market, the pigment is absorbed differently due to differences in the skin quality/characteristics; there is no warranty for the treatment success. Depending on the skin structure, it should be noted that changes in the colour intensity are possible, also certain areas might fade easier than others. Additional treatments can be required. The minimum/maximum duration for this type of procedure cannot be determined with certainty, nor can the warranty be given on performed treatment. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR COSMETIC TATTOO

  • You must be 18 years old (NO EXCEPTIONS).

  • No serious health issues.

  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding.

  • Clients prone to Keloid scarring.

  • Taking Acne medications.

  • Prone to cold sores (Notify us first)

  • Clients that are considered not suitable for the procedure accessed by the professional either physical or psychological reasons will be refused to go ahead with cosmetic tattoo. 

*Please note, the conditions listed above are the most frequent cases, you might not be suitable for the treatment for other conditions not listed but they will be addressed on consultation.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR WAXING 

Waxing is not recommended for those who are using:

  • Roaccutane (During and after discontinuing the medication up to 12 months).

  • Retin-A

  • Tazorac 

  • Differen

  • Azelez

  • Topical Antibiotics 

  • Who have had a recently chemical exfoliation peel, microdermabrasion or had injectables within 2 weeks prior. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR LASH LIFT 

  • Skin condition around the eye area (Eczema. Dermatitis, Psoriasis).

  • Conjunctivitis 

  • Recent Eye infection 

  • Recent Eye Surgery

  • Very sensitive eyes - Watery eyes 

  • Stye 

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR DERMAPLANING 

  • Currently Inflamed Acne lesions

  • Skin cancer on the face 

  • Active cold sores

  • Uncontrolled Diabetes

  • Dermatitis

  • Open Skin Lesions

  • Prescription Retinol

  • Taking Roaccutane or discontinued within less than 6 months.
